Their testimonials...
“Seizing the opportunity presented by the Trust was a decision I made without hesitation, and it has truly changed my life. The chance to be funded by the ACE Trust and pursue both athletics and academics at TSHS has been an incredible blessing, one that I am deeply thankful for. Coming from a challenging background, growing up in an orphanage, I never could have imagined achieving this level of success in life. I owe it all to the Trust, which made it possible for students like me to receive funding and attend this exceptional school and pursue my passion for running. Tukssport High School played a pivotal role in shaping me into the person I am today. With immense pride, I can say that I am a 4.0 student and have already earned an associate degree in human services. Currently, I am working towards my bachelor's degree in social work, knowing that my time at TSHS has taught me the importance of balancing academics and sports. Thank you from the depths of my heart for the life-changing opportunity that the Trust bestowed upon me. I am deeply grateful for the incredible support and the chance to be a part of something truly remarkable.”
Thulisile
“The Trust opened opportunities that I never thought I’d have in life. Being an orphan, people don’t see any potential in you, but the Trust gave me the opportunity to define my life through sport and academics. If it wasn’t for TuksSport High School, I would never have understood the importance of balancing sport and academics. The discipline helped me be on of the top achievers in college. TSHS has not just been a school but a home to me. I am grateful for the opportunity they gave me and the support. I wouldn’t have made it if it wasn’t for the chance they gave me.”
Thobile
"All these achievements were realized under the guidance and care of the Trust. I got to TuksSports Athletics Academy 2020 and was one of the most promising athletes then. It took only one full year which was 2020 for me to develop not only as an athlete but as a student as well. I became the best version of myself all because of the support the Trust gave me. For athletes coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, TuksAcademy is the way. I would like to thank the management, Rose and our sponsor. The dream came true all because of these amazing people. I wouldn’t have been known world wide if they never took me from the Eastern Cape to come showcase my talent in one of the best sports academies in the world. The Trust not only brings out the best athletes but the best leaders as well. Thank you ACE Trust for your endless love and support to us athletes with limited facilities. May this be a way of showing you all that you’re doing a great job and may this multiply so you help many more. To athletes out there, keep working hard and pushing to your best abilities it will all pay off one day. Thank you. God bless."

“The Trust gave me the opportunity to study at one of the best schools in the country – TuksSport High School. It made my time at the school easy and enjoyable as we had access to the best sports facilities, best coaches, psychologists, massage therapists, doctors, amazing teachers and many more. All of this afforded me the opportunity to perform at my highest level in my sport while being able to balance my schoolwork. There is no room for failure when you are acquainted with the Trust because they give you all the best tools possible, not only to succeed in sport but also in education. As a result of my good performances both academically and in sport, I got another opportunity to study at the University of Pretoria where I obtained a Bachelor of Information Science degree. In short, the Trust gave me one opportunity that opened many doors for my future.”
Tlotliso
“My journey began in 2016, when I was blessed to be part of the Trusts’ bursary programme and attend TuksSport High School. This is where I learned to be an independent young woman as the Trust took me from nothing and moulded me into the young woman I am today. Growing up I was very shy and didn’t have a lot of confidence but being introduced to this kind of environment helped me a lot. Being at TSHS reshaped my whole life and I got the opportunity to be coached by one of the best coaches in the country, coach Michael Seme. This was absolutely a wild dream as I would previously only see him on TV. Having to balance both academics and sports life became a bit of a challenge, but through the support of the whole system put in place by the Trust I learned to believe in myself and my capabilities more until I competed my matric year. In 2019 I met my current coach Samuel Sepeng, a man who completely changed my life since I met him through the Trust. After just a few weeks of training with him I ran my personal best time and this was evidence that the man was going to change my life. The ACE Trust really played a huge role in shaping my career as I wouldn’t have been able to explore my talent to the be fullest. I will be eternally grateful for the opportunity I received and am looking forward to seeing more talent being unearthed and polished by this Trust.”
